1. Holders of winning tickets should be able to show verifiable identification in connection with the winning Raffle tickets.
2. T-shirt and bag prize can be claimed at DMP during BLD Friday Worship Days *.
3. We have no mailing service offered for delivery of prize. If the winner requests for prize to be sent to his/her address, then shipping costs will be
charged. The winner should send a check to BLD Newark for $10.00 to cover shipping and handling before item is mailed out.
4. Last Day to Claim T-shirt prizes is December 31, 2019.
5. Receipts of prize will be used to acknowledge of getting the prize.
