Bukas‐Loob Sa Diyos (BLD) Newark is a Catholic Covenant Community in the Archdiocese of Newark.  Translated from Tagalog, it means 'Open in Spirit to
God'. As a private lay association of the faithful and a covenant community, we serve others in need, according to our mission, vision, and resources. Some of our activities include ‐ an annual Medical Mission to the Philippines; Typhoon Relief Efforts (including ongoing assistance to typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan victims); Marriage Encounters and other Retreats (Singles, Youth, Solo Parents, and Family Encounters); NJ Nursing Home Visitations and Soup Kitchens; the Annual March for Life in Washington DC; Special Ministries for Golden Years (seniors), John 6 (tweenies 12‐15), and Mark 10 (11 and under); Life in the Spirit Seminars, Teachings, and many more.

We choose freely to follow ... in His footsteps ...  100% of all donations received are for the benefit of the BLD Newark Foundation and are used for it's programs and activities.
